
Mar Colomer Roma (b. 1995) is a figurative artist specializing in pictorial realism. Her work focuses on the human figure, approached as a space of truth and authentic beauty. She combines classical techniques with a reflective, contemporary sensibility.

After beginning her studies in Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona, she moved to Italy and completed the First and Second Level Diplomas at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. She later attended intensive courses in 3D modeling and digital tools for performance capture, as well as short programs in sculptural techniques and traditional stone carving. In 2025, she completed an intensive advanced program in figurative drawing and painting at the Barcelona Academy of Art.

Her artistic process is grounded in direct observation and the pursuit of an essential, honest representation of reality. She began exhibiting her work in 2025 in institutional contexts between Barcelona (Spain) and Florence (Italy). She currently directs and teaches at the Escola d’Art Joan Jutglar (Les Masies de Voltregà, Spain), where she leads courses in drawing, painting, and sculpture.
