Mar Colomer Roma (b. 1995) is a figurative artist specializing in pictorial realism. Her practice centers on the human figure as a space of truth, essence and authentic presence.

After beginning her studies in Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona, she moved to Italy and completed the First and Second Level Diplomas at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. She later trained in stone sculpture — including traditional stonecutting and sculptural carving at the Centro de Oficios y Artes Plásticas de León (Universidad de León) — as well as in 3D modeling and digital tools for performance capture. In 2025, she completed an intensive advanced program in figurative drawing and painting at the Barcelona Academy of Art.

Her current work, Anthropological Portraits, approaches the portrait as a space of encounter, built through dialogue and direct observation of each subject's gesture and presence.

She has exhibited in institutional contexts in Spain and Italy since 2025, and currently directs the Escola de pintura i ceràmica Joan Jutglar (Les Masies de Voltregà, Spain), where she also teaches drawing, painting and sculpture.
